GOSHEN - On the night of Nov. 24, Matthew Bauman wanted money to get heroin.On Tuesday, the violent robbery he tried to execute for that money bought him 11 years in prison.In the course of a botched hold-up, Matthew Bauman, 26, fired a round from the .38-caliber Ruger he had swiped from his father, hitting the 18-year-old Kiryas Joel man he was trying to rob in the back.
