Hawaii-based hamburger chain Teddy’s Bigger Burgers will part with its 1950s-inspired diner design and switch its name to Teddy’s Steak Burgers, owners confirmed with PBN this week. Teddy’s has taken pride in its tradition of serving 100 percent ground chuck burgers since its inception in 1998. But the "100 percent ground chuck" motto wasn’t resonating with customers, Teddy's co-owner Richard Stula said.
