The Florida Bar announced that 21 attorneys in the state have been disciplined by the Florida Supreme Court, four of them in the Tampa Bay area. Of the 21, three were disbarred, one’s license was revoked, 12 were suspended and five were publicly reprimanded. One attorney was ordered to pay restitution and five were placed on probation. The Florida Bar administers statewide discipline to enforce the Florida Supreme Court’s rules of professional conduct.
