In the most heinous pot calling the kettle moment, Donald Trump attacked Michael Cohen: as being a pure liar. Diminished Donald again took to the cameras to attack the prosecution case, district attorneys, and Michael Cohen. After rambling several minutes about how nobody wanted to prosecute this case, he turned to his former personal attorney for a decade. Now, when are they going to look at Pomerantz and what Pomerantz did? Because that's bad stuff. And when are they going to look at all the lies that Cohen did in the last trial? He got caught lying in the last trial. So he got caught lying. Pure lying. And when are they going to look at that? A lie is a lie.

The HBO documentary The Truth vs Alex Jones, which premiered last month, takes a devastating look at grifter Alex Jones and the very real damage he did to those poor Sandy Hook families who were suffering so badly already. I know this has been out there for a little while now, but if you have access to HBO or another service that is streaming the documentary, go watch it, but be prepared for a gut wrenching reminder of the horror the families experienced when the shooting occurred and to be infuriated by the fact that Jones basically tortured them for over a decade. I thought Trump was possibly the worst human being in the United States that's still alive right now, but after watching the documentary on Jones, he may very well have him topped. You knew the knives would come out after Rep. Tony Gonzales called Rep. Matt Gaetz and Rep. Bob Good "scumbags" this weekend on CNN's State of the Union. He called Matt Gaetz a pedophile ("I serve with some real scumbags. Matt Gaetz, he paid minors to have sex with him at drug parties.”) and Bob Good a member of the Ku Klux Klan for supporting his primary opponent, a guy he calls a known neo-nazi. Jimmy Kimmel had a, um, blast last night with the stories about Smelly Trump. Via HuffPost: Kimmel showed how the reports caused “ODOR IN THE COURT” and #TrumpStinks to trend on X. The late-night host had a little fun of his own, altering the courtroom sketches to show the jury with gas masks and creating videos in which Trump’s speeches are interrupted by flatulence. Newt Gingrich, who is famously a Catholic convert, has some very strange ideas regarding the commandment about lying. But then, he lied just as enthusiastically back when he was a Baptist, so there you go. He's just a liar by nature!
