Two teenagers were shot and injured early Saturday while attending a graduation party in Nicetown, police said. One victim, 18, had just arrived at the party on Rowan Street, near Germantown Avenue, about 12:35 a.m., police said, when he heard gunshots and then noticed he was hit twice in his upper right back.
