Streaming giant Netflix has handed out a ten-episode series order for "Lost In Space," the reimagined contemporary reboot of Irwin Allen's classic 1960s sci-fi series from Legendary Television. Zack Estrin ("Prison Break") will serve as showrunner on the series which was hatched by feature scribes Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless ("Dracula Untold," "The Last Witch Hunter") Like the original show, and the critically derided 1998 film reboot, the story centers on the Robinson family who are forced to come together in a time of crisis.
