City settles suit, eases ban on rush-hour protests during convention

The City of Philadelphia won't ban rush-hour protests during the Democratic convention after all. And officials are granting a permit for a protest march down Broad Street on the convention's opening day, all as part of settling a lawsuit filed last week by the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.
