Bouldin and the school's assistant principal, Mark Stephens, were arrested on April 20 when court records say the pair went to a home on April 15 to talk with a male student while the parents weren't home and remained there without their permission. Bouldin and Stephens were both charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, while Bouldin was also charged with failure to report an incident of school violence referring to allegations he didn't report an assault on the student on April 9.
