Outside, the Burns family is building a float that Ben Franklin and Bessie Ross would be proud to ride in. The Fourth of July committee and the 125th Anniversary Committee, which consists of 25 to 30 people, all volunteers, are ready to make this the best Independence Day celebration ever.
