Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest beer maker, announced Wednesday that it has reached an agreement with the Justice Department clearing the way for U.S. approval of its $108 billion acquisition of SABMiller. Federal regulators also OK’d plans by Denver-based Molson Coors to spend $12 billion to buy out SABMiller’s 58 percent stake in MillerCoors and Miller brands brewed outside the U.S.
