The Albuquerque Police Department SWAT team is negotiating with a man holed up in a house on Girard near Gibson SE Tuesday night, according to a department spokesman. Mike Schroeder said police were called to a home on the 1700 block of Girard SE around 8:45 p.m. for a domestic dispute.
