Panel offers best-practices conclusions on police body cameras

Nearly 500 Columbus police officers would not have to wear body cameras on duty, and the camera program for the other 1,400 would cost taxpayers more than $8.5 million in the first year of use. Those are some of the findings and recommendations presented recently to Mayor Andrew J.
