A sergeant working special duty at an apartment complex on the city's North Side believes he was shot at early Friday morning and returned fire, according to Columbus police. The sergeant was at an apartment complex on Brady Drive when he heard a series of shots at 1:09 a.m. that he believed were intended for him and he returned fire.
