Comment on Allied Services promotes three employees

Stephanie Falvo, RD, LDN, of Scranton, has been named director of food services at Allied Services Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center. Prior to accepting her new role, Falvo served as the nutrition and dietary manager at the 371-bed skilled nursing facility. In her new role, Falvo is responsible for meeting regulatory standards and overseeing the varied dietary needs of both long- and short-term residents, including patients served by therespiratory unit, Alzheimer’s program, and short-term pulmonary rehab program. Margy Fiscus, of Scranton, has been named director of vocational services.
