A 35-year-old Utah man who admitted he shot and killed his ex-girlfriendâs stepfather two years ago in Cedar City has been sentenced to prison for up to life. Angelo Seth Carrasco pleaded guilty last year in 5th District Court to the first-degree felony aggravated murder for killing 44-year-old Shawn Multine in October 2014.
