Sunnyvale: Commission reviews hotel, housing project at Lakeside Drive

Developers with Wittek Development want to bring a five-story, 250-unit rental apartment building as well as a separate six-story 263-room hotel with a 3,000-square-foot restaurant to 1250 Lakeside Drive near the Lawrence Expressway and U.S. 101 intersection and adjacent to Oakmead Industrial Park.
