Comment on Food safety company Sample6 announces funding, new CEO

Food safety company Sample6 has appointed a new CEO and raised $12.7 million in a series C round to accelerate expansion of its rapid pathogen testing business. The company has raised a total of $32 million to date, most recently from Acre Venture Partners and Valley Oak Investments, with participation from Canaan Partners and Cultivian Sandbox Ventures.
