‘Stranger Things’ Will Return In 2017 For Second Season On Netflix

Netflix finally made the announcement that producers had hinted was coming, and seemed almost inevitable: Stranger Things — its much talked about summer drama — will be back for a second season in 2017. Writers/ creators Matt and Ross Duffer will develop nine new episodes. They’ll be joined by fellow executive producers Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen. The Duffers teased the possibility of a second season this month when they met with critics at the TCA Summer Tour.
