Mount Gilead State Park in Morrow County showed off about $900,000 in upgrades today, including enhanced campsites and a new playground. The improvements follow upgrades announced in Delaware County two years ago, part of the state's capital spending of $88.5 million on some of the Ohio's 74 state parks. Many of the parks, built in the 1960s and early '70s, are in need of work.adcelannotate = {"mobilepaywallcategory" : "MOBILE_PREM-LOCAL","nativepaywallcategory" : "NATIVE_PREM-LOCAL"};
