One witness testified that he saw a jealous Davon Hairston shoot into a moving car in 2014, killing the driver and wounding a passenger. But Hairston, who also took the stand in his murder trial, said no witness could have seen him because he didn't do it. On Monday, a Franklin County jury agreed, finding Hairston not guilty of murder, felonious and weapons charges.
