PeriGen acquires WatchChild from Hill-Rom, moves to Cary

Princeton, New Jersey-based PeriGen, which specializes in perinatal software, has acquired the the WatchChild Fetal Monitoring System from Hill-Rom Holdings Inc. The deal closed Sept. 21, according to Catherine Tabaka, president of Hill-Rom’s Patient Support Systems Specialty Products business, and will see PeriGen relocate its corporate headquarters to Cary.
