Two men who promised to shoot up a Columbus neighborhood if they got 100 views on the live-streaming app Periscope might spend only one year in prison. Yusuf S. Conteh and Damon A. Rosmond, both 21, were fortunate to get such an offer from prosecutors "considering how dumb this was," Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Mark Serrott told them on Wednesday.
