SPRINGFIELD >> The school board took action which should bring the cost of the high school master plan into greater focus. Proposals by three independent firms for cost estimating services totaled $106,257, and will update what the district and taxpayers can expect.The three companies were Becker and Frondorf, Faithful Gould and Schrader Architecture, the latter of which is working on the design scheme.
