A third suspect in the Oct. 2 shooting death of a man on the Near East Side has surrendered, Columbus police said. Tivon D. Green, 20, of the 1000 block of E. Long Street, turned himself in on Tuesday, police said. He was charged with murder in the death of Daegio Heron, 29, who was killed in an alley behind the 1500 block of Harvard Avenue, near where he lived on Taylor Avenue.
