Two Northeast Florida restaurants temporarily closed last week

Two Northeast Florida restaurants were temporarily closed last week due to high-priority violations. Taqueria Hernandez, which is located at 8957 Bellrose Ave., was shut down on Oct. 25 for sewage leaks. The restaurant also had several other high-priority violations. Inspectors found live, small flying insects in the kitchen, food preparation area or food storage area.
