The first, at 4 p.m., will seek public comment on Mayor Ben McAdamsâ proposal to invest $3.75 million in two âPay for Successâ programs, one aiming to reduce homelessness, the other to lower jail recidivism. Two hours later, the council will let the public weigh in on the changes it has made to the mayorâs proposed $1.2 billion budget for 2017.
