With an ice storm warning and freezing rain advisory still in effect for parts of Oklahoma, the State Emergency Operations Center remains activated with extended hours for key personnel, Keli Cain, spokeswoman for the state Emergency Management Department said Sunday evening. She said her department is in contact with emergency managers and continues to coordinate with agencies and organizations across the state monitoring the situation. A State of Emergency remains in effect for all 77 Oklahoma counties, Cain said. On Thursday, Governor Mary Fallin issued the declaration in advance of the winter storm.Read more on NewsOK.com
