Brandy McDonnell Oklahoma native and Country Music Hall of Famer Garth Brooks says his world tour schedule prevented him from performing at President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration. In his first weekly "Inside Studio G" Facebook live video broadcast of 2017, Brooks said Monday night the expansion of his tour dates in Cincinnati, Ohio, caused his schedule to conflict with this week's inaugural festivities. The country music star for the past three years has been booking shows for his record-breaking comeback world tour as he goes; he will announce one date in a particular city and then let the demand for tickets determine the number of concerts he ultimately plays there.
