FROM STAFF REPORTSThe ENDUI Impaired Driving Prevention Teams will be looking for impaired drivers Friday night in northwest Oklahoma County. Oklahoma County sheriff's deputies, Oklahoma City and Warr Acres police, and Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers will be conducting a checkpoint and targeting impaired drivers on patrol. The checkpoint location was not announced. In 2015, 188 people were killed in 161 alcohol-related crashes in 2015 across the state, and 972 alcohol- and drug-related crashes in Oklahoma County, according to a news release. Drinkers are encouraged to find a safe ride by calling a sober driver or using a cab or ride-sharing service. Read more on NewsOK.com
