Scott Singleton, an associate psychology professor at the University of Central Oklahoma, was named school psychologist of the year for 2016-17 by the Oklahoma School Psychologist Association. He now is eligible for the national honor to be presented at the National Association of School Psychologists Convention in February in San Antonio. Singleton, a 1993 graduate of Bethany High School, earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Nevada and a doctorate from California Southern University.Read more on NewsOK.com
