Curious Theatre Company will mark its 20th anniversary season taking as a centerpiece Tony Kushner’s latest work, “The Intelligent Homosexual’s Guide to Capitalism and Socialism with a Key to the Scriptures.” The play, from Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning playwright of “Angels in America,” has only been produced a handful of times worldwide. Securing Kushner’s work is a coup that fittingly celebrates the theater’s beginnings: Curious co-founder and producing artistic director Chip Walton directed Kushner’s “Angels in America” two decades ago, effectively launching Curious.
