STOCKTON — Nearly three-quarters of eligible residents in San Joaquin County are registered to vote, slightly more than the statewide average, according to data released by the California Secretary of State’s Office last week.Secretary of State Alex Padilla released the 2017 “Odd-Numbered Year Report of Registration” on Wednesday, which states nearly 19.5 million Californians are registered to vote.
