Westworld was one of the most intriguing new shows of 2016. Based on the Michael Crichton novel, the HBO series blends sci-fi and Western elements in a very intriguing way. Little is known about the much-anticipated Season 2, but now some high-level details about what to expect have come to light.Some spoilers for Westworld follow below.Executive producer Roberto Patino said at the PaleyFest event this weekend that the story will mess with your mind, involving the metaphysical."There will be a story, and it will f**k with the metaphysical at some point," he said, as reported by IGN.Season 1 contained a lot of memorable mindbending scenes and sequences, so it's no big surprise that this will continue in Season 2.At the end of Season 1, it was suggested that Westworld was just one of the places that guests could visit, with another being Samurai World.
