Oklahoma City council extends job incentives to plastics manufacturer

By William Crum Staff Writer wcrum@oklahoman.comThe city council on Tuesday approved up to $80,000 in economic development incentives for a plastics company that plans to expand its operations in Oklahoma City. McClarin Plastics intends to add 58 new jobs in Oklahoma City within five years, according to a memo to the council from City Manager Jim Couch. McClarin, of Hanover, Pa., specializes in design and manufacturing of highly engineered, molded plastic assemblies, according to its website. It has interests in transportation, construction, renewable energy, medicine, agriculture and railroads.Read more on NewsOK.com
