The top linebacker in the draft, Reuben Foster, fell to the Raiders at the No. 24 pick, but they went with another players with red flags instead at the NFL Draft on Thursday night. Oakland selected Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley, even though was accused - and not charged -- of raping a woman on April 9 in a Cleveland hotel room. Conley, 21, has not been charged or arrested in connection to the alleged incident, according to Cleveland Police Dept.
