PROVIDENCE, R.I — A 31-year-old East Providence man remains held without bail following his arraignment in District Court Monday morning, charged with first-degree murder in the domestic-violence death of Jennifer Silva early Saturday. Allen J. Hanson, of 85 Warren Ave., is charged with the murder of Silva, who lived at the same address, according to the East Providence Police Department.
