A 47-year-old West Virginia man was arrested for posing as a seller of one of the stolen Gardner Museum paintings, federal prosecutors said, even though he had no access to the artwork.Todd Andrew Desper was arrested this afternoon and will have an initial appearance in a West Virginia courtroom before returning to Boston to face charges, prosecutors said.
