The vast majority of app users in the US who experience bugs or glitches will abandon the app completely, according to a survey by QualiTest shared with BI Intelligence. Eighty-eight percent of respondents say they would abandon an app due to bugs and glitches. That's high considering that 80% of survey participants noticed glitches and bugs in apps they use, while 30% indicated they notice glitches and bugs more than once every week.
