Comment on State budget proposes $250K for Middlesex restoration center

Barbara L’Italien, D-Andover, and Middlesex Sheriff Peter Koutoujian announced the Legislature has appropriated $250,000 in the fiscal year 2018 budget for the first year of a pilot program to establish a restoration center in Middlesex County.Sen.
