The Colorado Springs area is forecast to remain mainly dry for locations beyond the mountains. Temperatures are expected to be in the high 80s and 90s. The National Weather Service in Pueblo says Colorado Springs could see a high near 86 degrees Monday with a 20-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms starting at 3 p.m.
