A Stow businessman was indicted this week for allegedly defrauding investors out of more than $2.6 million.Timothy E. McShane has been charged with wire fraud in U.S. District Court in Cleveland.McShane established McShane Construct All International in Stow in 2006. The company did construction-related business in Ohio and New Mexico.
