Boulder County Sheriff's OfficeBob Greenlee Former Boulder Mayor Bob Greenlee is expected to plead not guilty and be set for trial on nine counts stemming from his role in a fatal car crash in southern Colorado last year. Greenlee, 75, is charged with vehicular homicide, criminally negligent homicide, vehicular assault, two counts of careless driving causing injury, reckless driving, speeding, reckless endangerment and improper passing on the left in the death of Pat Lucero. Greenlee’s next arraignment hearing is Monday.
