Residents will have a chance to comment on the proposed changes to the inland sport fishing regulations until 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The proposed changes would establish trout and salmon stamps, as well as examine regulations concerning methods, gear types, fishing seasons for several bodies of water, as well as harvest regulations for common carp, catfish and bullheads.
