While most developed nations are spending more money on education, the U.S. is allocating less, according to an annual report from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The OECD analyzed education spending in its 35 member countries, which include Canada, Australia and India. On average, spending rose 5 percent per student between 2010 and 2014.
