LUZERNE — A borough business has been cited for allegedly supplying alcohol to a minor. CFM Variety Beverages, 101 Main St., Luzerne, is accused of a July 23 offense by the State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge, who can issue a fine between $50 and $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious ones.
