Powerball Winner Charged With Repeatedly Sexually Assaulting a Child

A New Jersey man who won nearly a $340 million jackpot in the Powerball lottery four years ago has been charged with sexually assaulting a minor over the course of three years, prosecutors said. Pedro Quezada, a 49-year-old based in Wayne Township, is facing two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
