Hobby, Bush Intercontinental show improvements in J.D. Power passenger satisfaction survey

Houston's Hobby and Bush Intercontinental airports received higher marks in the J.D. Power 2017 North America Airport Satisfaction Study released Thursday.Hobby Airport ranked No. 7 among large airports with a score of 765 out of 1,000. last year, it scored 737. Bush Intercontinental Airport ranked No. 11 among mega airports with a score of 752, up from 709 last year.
