I get no benefits as the hospital won't give any if you work less than 8 shiftsA year ago the hospital merged with another group and their physicians also joined our group doing the same work but got paid 30 to 50 percent more.Naturually i I was not happy wrote many letters to the CEO but no luckNow they ar hiring new employees at 30 - 40 % more , sign on bonus and lots of perksin effect only 2 of the 10 docs are getting less pay , and nice letters are not workingi have looked into perdiem and rates are quite low .
