GOSHEN - A City of Newburgh man was indicted Monday on charges he stole laptop computers from the Boys and Girls Club.The indictment handed up by an Orange County grand jury charges Marshall Henry, 25, with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies.The indictment charges that between April 1 and April 24 Henry took 15 MacBook Air laptops that belonged to the non-profit.Henry was arrested on Sept.
