A 33-year veteran of a storied Memphis restaurant has won a statewide award. The Tennessee Hospitality & Tourism Association awarded its 2017 Restaurant Manager of the Year Award to Folk's Folly's Diane Kauker. The award recognizes a manager who "has demonstrated exceptional contributions of leadership, service and involvement in community or civic affairs." Kauker joined Folk's family, which was founded in 1977, as a hostess in the mid-1980's and became a manager after finishing college.
